My mom saw somewhere to use a list of 10 things everyday to motivate you. Last night I made a list. And then I kept adding to it....and I have somewhere to be at 4, leaving at 3, so my window is pretty defined. I'm starting with a walk this a.m. and it is not raining, so that is a plus. I want to make at least one batch of bread, and that takes time, but most all of my list is for right here in my house.

I make lists too but normally don't get to finish as much as you do, in a day! Happy weekend from Tokyo!
Andy-
Glad I was on your list!
Sue-
I've found that sometimes the shorter lists of 10 are easier and then STOP...I think I had about 30 things on one day this week!!
XUE- Haven't heard from you for a while! Thanks for the comment from far, far away...
