The Elbow bone connected to the Eye bone..

Last night it was this....the ice was applied...some to the floor, but most to the eye.
At home it looked this good before he retired...

The morning after is not always a pretty thing...unless you are partial to purple. He'd probably be happy with it if they had won... 7 point, 6 rebounds...and a shiner.

Ouch! Those sports injuries can be pretty gruesome to look at. Hope he heals quickly!

When I was a kid I always thought it would be great to have a black eye. Seeing his "bruise" has changed my mind completely! Hope it doesn't hurt as bad as it looks.

I have a picture in some of my OLD photos of Dr Deuink with an elbowed eye at one of the play-off games... He insisted on playing, the refs insisted he couldn't if it was bleeding... he ended up with stitches after the game (if memory serves correct) but finished the game! WTG
