Just Twiddlin...Random Thots

Not so many years ago, when my girl was this size and reading American Girl books, I saw this print and treated myself to a large framed print of it. I'm not that way, really. Bargain Betty, Pinching Penny, but I really, really liked this and it captured the place we were in life then. Don't you miss it sometimes?? ..the simplicity of youth??... the joy of burying yourself in a book with no other worries?? ..when bibbed overalls were comfortable and who cared if they made you look fat.. we weren't fat, anyway.... we were cuter than bugs!! Perhaps I should take a photo of mine on the wall..have to check for flashback/reflection on that. It would be bigger!! Artist is Duncan
