twinkle, twinkle little dress...

..Working on you has made
A wonderful mess....
Glitter here and glitter there,
Glitter, glitter everywhere.
Twinkle, twinkle little dress,
All that's left is HEM and PRESS!
SMALL glitch - the pattern was for a dress with a train, and I don't think we really want a dress with a train, so we'll be doing some chopping...or maybe I'll just leave it on there. It DOES look pretty cool. I know it's not all the way done, but I'm pretty pumped about this!
Tune in - maybe this weekend- for pictures with a girl IN the dress!!
I even think the zipper will pass the test after the press...

I've only ever used that fabric for scenery drapes and table cloths when I did jewelry... you mean you can actually make dresses with it too? ;-)

I really like the train ~ hope it looks as good on as it does on the hanger so you keep it! Looking forward to the finished product on 'the girl' It's beautiful so far!

I love the color and know what you mean about glitter. It seems to plague my existence with two little girls running around. Can't wait to see the fit!

Gorgeous! I can only ever hope to sew something of this caliber! It looks great, and beautiful when worn! Also, this shade of yellow is my favorite color for anything- clothes, walls, you name it!
