Let me introduce my yellow onions...

I received a wonderful gift from a blogger friend. She was cleaning her frig and needed to get rid of some of the seeds that she had saved...which means that I can save the seeds from these yellow onions I'm going to grow this year , to grow my onions for next year, if I choose... practice some mad skills.. DANG! Those little black seeds are hard to see in those wet, dark little peat pots...my dad just had both eyes fixed...maybe I should have him find the little seeds. Seriously, the secret is to not stop in the middle of sowing, because I'll NEVER be able to see where I stopped. I only did one seed per pot and then figured I'd re-seed any pots that didn't grow and that would stagger my plants just a bit...

Have you started your seeds yet?? Renee teased us for doing this last year, but Willowe and I did really well with peppers and tomatoes last year. I have tomatoes seeds from my friend, too and some squash, but have to check my little booklet to see what is next...Brocc I think... check out this nice little booklet I printed last year for reference on when to plant your seeds indoors or out...

Happy Spring Dreaming!!

I'm thinking about starting my seeds this year for cabbage and sweet peppers. I'm just having a problem with finding a place to put them after they germinate.
