reading time...

When you took the dog out to walk in this, this morning...and you made it back safely....
when you used that grainy bread to make your toast...
when you put clothes in the dryer and the washer....

It's perfectly OK to finish your cocoa and read some of this....
I like Elizabeth Berg....when perusing the titles of her other books, I think I've read most, if not all of them. I didn't want to put it down last night when I went to bed, but I woke up at 1 a.m. and put the book mark in its place... then couldn't wait for an excuse to pick it back up again this morning. I have been trying to read some non-fiction this year, but I don't feel pulled in as much with anything else I'm reading. If I wrote a book, this is the kind I would write. What are YOU reading??? Now you know, you can leave a comment here if you just choose anonymous... I've changed that for you, just because I like you so much and I can't wait to hear what you have to say....

I've been doing a lot of reading lately. In fact, I need to do a review or two on my blog. One that was pretty good is The Lost Hours by Karen White.

Hard not to comment on books! The book club is reading Hoot (by Hiaasen I think.) (It's a junior book). This Thursday the library will start the Big Read with My Antonia by Willa Cather. Plus the regular book club meets on Tuesday so for next month we will be reading a book by Mary Jane Clark but I can't remember the title. Also the younger ladies book club is reading The Glass Castle by Jeanette Walls, another great read. I really do enjoy reading!

I also have 2 shelves of books I need to start reading once I'm done painting... can I retire early? My FA says no!
