OH, I'm not missing this week, I'm out in the garden, picking green peppers...I'm pretty proud of my little crop, because these came to my house as seeds
last winter and I planted them in little peat pots and they grew on my window,
then I moved them outside and they grew and grew...
I only picked a couple before last night...
And I have a whole basket of lovely tomatoes... and I'm seriously thinking salsa..

YES, yummy salsa. Or chili!?! I did more salsa and chili yesterday. I am thinking of making ketchup some day this week. My green peppers didnt come out as well as yours this year. My hot peppers did (for hubby) my greens stunk though.
Our tomatoes sustained blight. I have been dreaming about salsa.
Nothing better than home grown tomatoes and veggies.
